How Koyne handles your data.
Koyne is in early-access testing. To request data changes during this period, email hello@koyne.co.uk. We'll replace this email with a contact form once we leave testing.
What we collect
When you apply for early access, you give us your name, email, country, how you heard about Koyne, your primary use, and a short note explaining what brings you to Koyne. We also record IP addresses and timestamps for sign-in events. Once approved, we store the financial data you import yourself (accounts, transactions, categories, budgets).
How we use it
We use your application to decide whether to grant early access. After approval, we use your financial data to provide the budgeting service you signed up for. We never sell or share your data with third parties. No third-party analytics. No tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
- Rejected applications: automatically deleted 30 days after rejection.
- Active accounts: kept until you ask us to delete them. Email us to be deleted sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data. Email us using the address above and we'll respond within 30 days.
Updates
If we change this notice we'll email all active users.
